MENTOR SELECTION:

Ø Dr.Rajendran (urologist) one of very potent urologist in Pondicherry.

Ø With the help of retailing we analyzed that the Doctor having more potent for our products

Ø He already prescribing our products (Alfusin-D and urivoid).

Ø He was not prescribing Ston1& urifast. But he prescribed competitor brands like kcit and martifur very well.

Ø We analyzed that the Dr is activity minded and also himself he want to conduct non uro’s meeting.

Ø We spoke with the doctor and finalize the date and venue.

AUDIENCE SELECTION

Ø Audiences are potent doctors for our product in that some of them prescribing our brands, and some of them are prescribing our competitors.

PRE WORKS DONE AFTER FINALYZE THE DATE AND VENUE

Ø After finalized the date and venue we invited the non uro’s with the invitation.

Ø We printed totally 100 invitations; I and sureshkumar (Cipla Life care B.M) invited non uro’s in Pondicherry and Cuddalore.

Ø We collect the mobile numbers of all the non uro’s whom we invited.

Ø And sent messages to all doctors via way2 sms in daily bases for one week.       

WORKS DONE DURING XPLORE

Ø During Xplore we arrange table with our products and also literatures.

Ø Before starting the Xplore meeting we ran the Cipla corporate film.

Ø After finishing corporate film we invited Dr.venkateshwaralu (senior surgeon) to welcoming the mentor.

Ø  The doctor discussed about the BPH and also kidney stones.

Ø The mentor given the booklets to the audience

Ø Also he presented the case study.

Ø The audience asked many questions to the mentor and clarifying their doubts.

Ø After finishing mentor’s presentation again we invited Dr.venkateshwaralu to give momentum to the mentor

Ø Finally vote of thanks given by Mr.Rajendrarao, B.M, Ciplauro1.

Ø  We successfully finish first Xplore meeting with the dinner.

Ø We asked feed backs to the mentor as well as non uro’s.

Ø All are told very happy with this meeting and most of them promised to prescribe our products.

POST WORK PLANNED

Ø After finishing the meeting I have to give regular frequent reminder to the mentor.

Ø And also concentrate non uro’s who were attended the Xplore meeting.

Ø I promised that surely business from non uro’s will increase with the help of this activity

TV Show With Dr.Hemraj at Jaya Plus

It is on 28^th Sep 2010 with Dr.Hemraj at Jaya Plus TV leading Tamil channel in India.First show participated by Dr.Hemraj is upcoming urologist in Chennai.It is a Live T.V show Doctor is spoke about the BPH.Around 21 callers from various parts of TamilNadu and from emirates called to doctor and they clarified there doubts.There was good interaction taken place between doctor and the audience. Doctor has given an excellent speech about the BPH and how it causes.It created a Mass Awareness among the people in all parts of state.In the show doctor gave his personnel number to the TV studio and it is also flashed in the show once the show is over doctor was getting continuous calls from callers.When I and doctor were returning from TV show doctor in doctor’s car doctor was continuously talking to callers.At last I said thanks to doctor he in turn said “don’t thank me anguraj I should thank you for giving me this opportunity”.Doctor is sure of giving us support on all products.Doctor has practicing a whole day practice in CTH in Anna nagar and I’ am giving a regular follows and Doctor also committed to give full support to all products.

BPH Camp with Dr.Jayaraman held at Pavithra hospital by Prakash.R and R.Anguraj

We discussed with Dr.Suresh kumar the M.D of pavithra hospital with Target Prostate success.Doctor appreciated the video and also asked us about doing a activity in pavithra hospital. We told about our procedures of doing camp with urologist and non-uro’s.Immediately he gave a call to Dr.Jayaraman HOD of Urology at Madras Medical College & Hospital and confirmed the date 27/09/2010.Then we started distributing the 2000 pamphlet to more than 40 nearby chemist chambers. We also distributed the pamphlets in major Supermarkets and Hotels. We hanged two banners in front of the hospital in visible area

In the camp totally 31 patients came and all are pure urology patients

Out of 31 patients 23 were prostate patients and remaining were stone patients

Dr.Jayaraman did scan for  12 patients and all were found symptomatic

We totally got 30 prescription of our various products like Urifast,Ston1,Urimax-D,Alfusin-D and Urimax.We expect a business of 10-15000 from pavithra hospital this month .Both Dr.Jayaraman and Dr.Suresh kumar were happy and promised a sure support of all urology products.Here after we can expect a regular business of 10000 from this hospital.Because of this camp we got a strong relation with all hospital staffs and pharmacy people

I have conducted Tv show With Dr.Thangaraju a top Potential  urologist in erode. Dr has spooked regarding BPH and Symptoms.He also discussed regarding stone therpy also. Many callers has called and got the information regarding the prostate problems. Dr has explained in good manner to the audience. Dr was very happy, i also planned to do tv show with regulary.

I have conducted BPH camp with Dr.Nanda kumar in Erode who is leading Physician in the city. Before conducting the camp we have given advertisement in local TV channel about the Camp and Patient awareness Program which has created a mass awareness to the people. Pamphlets have been issued in medical shop, Dr Clinic, and news paper. Dr has prescribed our products like urimax, urimax d, alfusin and ston1. During the camp I explained about PROSTATE Gland to the patients. 21 Patients got benefited from this camp. Dr was very happy and also he told to do more camps with him.

I have done  OPD camp in Port trust hospital at surgery Dept and also I have discussed about target prostate month activity details finally I got permission for the OPD camp. Doctors are very delighted with this OPD camp. Doctors said that so many poor patients are getting benefits through this activity. In This Camp I have Rx for Ston1 6 bottles Alfusin D-15 Strips

I have conduted a OPD Camp in Madras Medical college with Dr.Rajaraman (URO) ,Dr.Gopinath. For this camp first i ahve got the permisson from the hod of the dep and he allowed me to do the camp. In that camp i have got the Rx for urimax- 20 strips Urimax -15 Strips Alfusin -15 Strips. 67 patients attended and got benfited from this camp.Both Drs are very happy and they told to do regulary on the opd days

First we started to search many local news papers finally we had found the Purasai Times which is supplied across North Chennai having 72000 issues.

It is on 26^th Sep 2010 with Dr.Hemraj we published a article in Purasai times. In that Doctor is wrote about the Dietary recommendation for stones recommendation. I gave my number in the article to avoid miscellaneous calls. Around 15 callers from various parts of North called to me and they asked their doubts. I have done BPH campaign in Salem. I have met all Top physicians and GP’s and Exclusively promoted  BPH product, Urimax, UrimaxD, Alfusin, Alfusin D, and requested to Dr’s to write exclusively for these brands, and Pasted the BPH posters  in the clinics and given the IPSS score sheets to all patients POB booked for Rs.3500.

As an initiative for Target Prostate month two chief doctors DR.S.V.KANDASAMY and DR.GANESH GOPALAKRISHNAN from Vedhanayagam Uro speciality gave speech on the awareness of BPH.They explained to press reporters about the prevalence and symptoms of BPH on 15.09.2010 and answered the doubts of press peoples regarding BPH.
